The Roshenperium is a personal website and digital archive I created due to my disillusionment and frustration towards social media and the modern internet. The name itself is an amalgamation of context and wordplay. Originating from an old username Roshenbow, it combines my RPG name Roshen with a preexisting word “Roshambo” (a nod to rock paper scissors). With that in mind, I combined the suffix “-rium” to refer to a place designed for a specific purpose. The idea behind the name is to evoke a feeling of sanctuary for me in this digital age where the internet and social media are plagued by commercialization, AI, algorithms, content farming, influencers, and lack of authenticity. Where I can have access to my repository for any digital post I may share. When navigating this site, you’ll find an assortment of writings, images, music, and collections of various things I'm passionate about.

In September 2024, I launched this website with the intention of ditching social media and making something personal to me, all due to my growing disdain towards an unknown and bleak technological future. You probably share a similar sentiment if you stumbled upon my site.
